At Saqia Collection, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return & exchange process. Please review the guidelines below.


✔ Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • The product you received is incorrect, damaged, or defective


❌ Items Not Eligible

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or stitched products

  • Used, damaged, or altered items after delivery

  • Accessories (if applicable)


🔄 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  2. Include your order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps

  4. Once approved, you will need to send the item back to us through courier


💵 Refunds

We currently offer store credit or exchange only.
Cash refunds are not available unless the item is out of stock.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged/incorrect, Saqia Collection will cover the return cost

  • If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, size issue), the customer pays the courier charges


📦 Exchange Processing Time

After we receive your returned item, please allow 3–5 business days for processing.


📝 Important Notes

  • Products sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted

  • Saqia Collection reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
