💵 Refunds
We currently offer store credit or exchange only.
Cash refunds are not available unless the item is out of stock.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If the item is damaged/incorrect, Saqia Collection will cover the return cost

If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, size issue), the customer pays the courier charges
